INFORMATION FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIP PARTICIPANTS
Arrival of delegations
Arrival at the international airport in Prague - a guide will wait for your delegation in the arrival hall, then a bus will take you to the place of accreditation in Hotel Primavera, Nepomucka 128, Plzen.

Acreditation of participants
will take place in the hotel Primavera, Nepomucka 128, Plzen - on 23rd May
from 11am, please adapt your travel arrangements so that you can be present at HoD meeting at 8pm
Please follow the instructions of your guides and heads of all the stands. Coaches and HoD will go through the accreditation to with
ID-cards / passports of participants.
The OC informs that all the payments will be made with EUR in cash only.
A caution of 200 EUR per delegation will be collected at accreditation for the rooms occupied by members of your delegation. Caution will be returned back to you at your departure.
The medical insurance and civil liabilities insurance of delegations is compulsory and it is the responsibility of each delegation to have it arranged and it will be checked at the accreditation.
Having complied with all the regulations as approved by the ISF, the organisers will hand over the player passes to team representatives. After the accreditation, teams will go to their accommodation.
All the participants are obliged to present their accreditation card during the whole championship.
For the fast accreditation proceedings, please have the following documents ready: passports / official ID cards of all the participants, the medical insurance confirmation, the letter from the headmaster (if not confirmed on your application form3), the deposit payment confirmation, the exact start lists of the competitors and necessary cash for the cost settlement.
If you have not sent in the photographs of participants yet, please do so immediately in order to speed up the accreditation!!

Swimming possibilities
We suggest that you bring a swimsuits with you as opposite of the playing venue there is a public swimming pool
